James F. Harms: Owner-President

Jim started part-time at Wayne Lumber as a freshman at St. John's Jesuit High School in 1982. He graduated from Michigan State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree and a major in Building Construction Management. He enjoys the variety of people and job sites that a typical day at the office presents. Jim's hobbies include golf, music, skiing, and attending MSU athletic events.
Matt Simon: Vice-President, Sales

Matt is a graduate of Springfield High School. In 2000, he began construction retail and came to Wayne Lumber in the summer of 2015. Matt handles both residential and commercial work. He employs a solid work ethic and brings valuable energy and creativity to the workplace each day. Matt also is the owner of a private gun business and enjoys interests in music and sports, as well.
Thomas Napolski: Sales

Tom began working part-time in 1986 and is a graduate of Maumee High School (1988). Tom has experience in all fields of the Wayne Lumber operation and is an outside salesman. His field of expertise ranges from servicing residential community developments to large single-family homes. Tom's hobbies include hunting, fishing, and golf.
Dale Copley

Dale graduated from Fremont Ross High School in 1977 and started his lumber career in 1982. Dale became a yard manager in 1992 at Gordon Lumber. Wayne Lumber was fortunate to acquire his services in May of 2019. Dale looks forward to helping both local contractors and Wayne Lumber build their business. Dale's favorite pastimes include woodworking, hunting, and spending time with his wife of 40 years.

Lisamarie Grove

Lisamarie Grove is a graduate of the University of Bluffton. She has various areas of expertise, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and specializing in human resources. Lisamarie spends her time traveling, rooting for those Tennessee Titans, and spending as much time as she can with her husband, children, and grandsons.

Nick is a 2004 graduate of Springfield High School. He earned a degree from the University of Toledo in criminal justice. Nick started out in construction retail in 2003. He is a big Cleveland sports fan and enjoys bowling and golf.
